Our Classes

  • Core & Stability

    This workout concentrates on abdominal muscles, the back and your mid section to build muscle strength and protect you from injury. We will be working to improve core strength as well as balance and flexibility through a variety of different exercises.

  • Total Body Reset

    This class will be a High Intensity workout based on interval training. We will alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements which will significantly increase the heart rate and shorter periods of lower intensity movements. This is a great fat burning class which helps keep your heart healthy whilst improving stamina and increasing strength.

  • Circuits

    This is a great class for full body conditioning and involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. We will move around the room completing a variety or exercises for a set amount of time and in quick succession.

  • PolEsque

    This class emphasizes bringing artistry and expression to your movement whilst building body confidence and finding your inner ‘sexy’. It is designed around learning dance routines using the floor and bottom of the pole. As with any form of dance, Burlesque will help improve your aerobic fitness as well as your muscle tone and strength. Please be aware PolEsque is bought to you from Pole Fit Angels and is not included in the Perki class packs

    Zumba is a fitness brand best known for their Latin dance fitness class, also named Zumba, that mixes low- and high-intensity dance moves and exercises like squats to create an interval style workout that burns fat, tones and conditions, and improves overall fitness endurance.
