FAQs

No not at all. Pole fitness is a full body workout so there are not many exercises that help make you strong enough so most people start at the same level no matter what their fitness .
-
No we do not, you are more than welcome to join one of our classes as a non member and pay the £15 drop in fee, but i am afraid we do not offer free sessions. we do however have a welcome offer where you can purchase 4 classes for the price of 3.
we would recommend you try at least 4 classes so you can see any type of improvement.
-
Absolutely not!!! Pole fitness is suitable for everyone,
we pride ourselves in being a supportive fun non judgemental community.
-
No we do not have people watching our classes, this can be really intimidating and not fair on the others in the class. if you wish for someone to come and watch and see your progression I advise you book a private lesson.
well behaved children are permitted at our day time classes but they remain your responsibility.

it is very likely that you will get bruised.
As you build up the strength and the core stability the bruising will subside, however bruising is completely normal. We like to describe them as pole kisses!
-
For pole fitness we advise loose trackies three quarter length leggings or for the brave shorts! on your top half we advise a vest top and sports bra for Pole.
For aerial hoop tight fitting clothing and long sleeves, vest tops are ok too.
both are done bear foot.

The more you attend the stronger you get!
I would advise booking at least 4 classes to start as aerial is very hard so it is easy to give up after the first class.
Everyone’s progress will be different depending on their previous experience.
