In This 6 week course you will learn the basics of pole fitness, WE will be looking at spins from level one up to level 3 over the 6 weeks. With every week you will gain strength in a controlled environment and you will not even realise you are gaining strength every week. This course is designed for beginners. Our syllabus is designed that you will gain strength by the end of the course to be looking at climbs, sits and inverts.
